OBSTACLES

You will face 20 challenges and obstacles during the race. Some are physical obstacles and some are bodyweight challenges. There will be volunteers at each stop to help to guide you if you are unsure of how to complete each obstacle.

 

The Physical Obstacles:

-Wall Climb

-Cargo Net

-Tire Flips

-Balance Beam

-Tire Steps

-Hay Bale Hurdles

-Ropes

 

Bodyweight Challenges:

-Line touches

-Push-ups

-Hill Sprints

-Bear Crawls

-Lunges

-BURPEES!!

-Push Press with Bands
